We have been seeing a crash of microstation frequently when panning the view with raster images attached. I first thought it was related to a program of our own that was running, however today after unloaded our app it happened again. I was able to load it in a debug session and see the call stack. Here is what it showed:

Has anyone seen a crash like this? We are using the latest Update 10 of Connect.

Exceptions are unique like fingerprints and the one attached is different than the call stack starting this thread.
I do suggest you continue to work with the product support team to help resolve each exception (fingerprint) to ensure a fully stabilized production environment.
For the previous exception please feel free to use my prior suggestions since they should be sound and consider zipping and providing your full ExceptionHistory directory/folder when working with the product support team - to best ensure any issues can be resolved.
For this exception provided, it paints a picture that the crash likely occurred after several pans and data points possibly associated to using the "Create Region" tool (and more/most importantly) on a master design file located on a network mapped drive. If you can reproduce crashes in this manner, consider moving the master file local and confirming that no further crashes/exceptions occur.
