Measuring depth of Cover

 Good Morning, 
 Is there a way to determine Depth of Cover from the top of pipe barrel to surface and or is there a version of the tool, 'Measure Cover To,' in MicroStation CONNECT Edition Update 8 - Version 10.08.00.37?

Hi Aaron, in MicroStation I would use just "measure distance" with the help of AccuDraw. 
 (Snap to the Point where you want to measure from (your "top of pipe Barrel). Then use AccuDraw (F11) set the direction of your measurement - to rotate the Coordinate System vertically (shortcut "F") , move the Cursor "downward" and "Smartlock" this direction (shortcut "Enter") . Then snap to am element on the ground). that will give you the distance 
 Thats the principle of how any measurement of a distance should be working. Lacking your specific example the Explanation has to stay rather generic.
