When click on my Wacom tablet in MicroStation Connect U11, MicroStation crashes. This works fine in Select Series 4.
Regards Louis
Can you please send your exception log file (e.g. %temp%\Bentley\microstation\..\) here?
Thank you,
Hyung
Hi Hyung,
I just looked at this location:
Hyung Kim said:%temp%\Bentley\microstation\..\
Unfortunately when I search and manually look, there is no Exception.log file.
When I click with my wacom tablet, MicroStation hangs and after a while (+-1minute) with no message, MicroStation is away.
Thanks Louis
The following Wiki article may help to locate the exception log files if they have been created after the crash.

Hi Louis,
any other information available? Windows version, driver version, driver mode/configuration/setting?
I do not use Wacom table with MicroStation, but I remember when I tried to configure it with Windows 10 some time ago, it was quite tricky to find a right version for my older tablet that works fine even with "basic" applications like Photoshop properly. It's the reason why I am asking about the version.
With regards,
Jan

I do not see the same problem here. My Wacom Intuos 4 tablet works fine.
Did you disable/remove the Wintab*.* files in the C:\Program Files\Bentley\MicroStation CONNECT Edition\MicroStation folder?
The tablet may react wrong if both the Wacom drivers and the MicroStaton wintab drivers are running.
Regards,
Andre
