I need to convert text into text nodes. I downloaded the utility from the web & saved it into a folder on my hard drive. How do I proceed using it in Micostation V8i as a permanent function?

this is OpenUtilities forum. Can you confirm what product do you use? If it's MicroStation, please move your question (see More menu under your post) into MicroStation Forum.
Also please specify what product version do you use and what utility did you download. There are plenty of utilities available, some written in MDL, some in native C/C++ and some in VBA, so there is no one common answer valid for all.

Thank you for your response, Jan. As I mentioned in my question, I use MICROSTATION V8i & also as I mentioned, I downloaded TEXT TO TEXT NODE CONVERSION. I'll direct this to the Microstation Forum, as you suggested. Thanks again.

It does tell literally nothing :-( From where did you download this tool (share the link, please). I recall several different tools that are able to convert texts to text nodes and vice versa.

Txt2Node_020706.exe was the file I downloaded. If this is not the "correct" utility, can you please recommend the correct one?
