copy objects features

Question

HI. Is it possible in Micro Station copy all object features to another object? For example I need to change lines type. And it takes equate long time to search right type from database. More easier would be to copy features from another line that has has the right one.

Hi. How does it look " change element pallet" or from which field to search it? I use Finnish version and both Finnish and English not my mother languages(

What version (e.g. v10.x.y.z) of MicroStation, or other product, are you using?

 If by 'object features' you mean element symbology then the answer is 'yes'. 
 Use MicroStation's Change Element Attributes tool:

Note the Eyedropper icon top-right. Use that to select an existing element. Then you can apply that element's symbology to another element.

use the Alt and LMB to match and make active the attributes symbology of the object you want to match then use the change element pallet tool to change the object that needs changing....

 Probably Stella Map thinks it's responsible for element symbology, and prevents you from changing it. As Jan explained, that's how many GIS products work. 
 I note that you've posted already on the Bentley Map|OpenCities Map Forum . I suggest that you search that Forum for other questions about Stella Map. Perhaps you'll find a useful contact there.
