Hi,
I was doing an "extend line" command in a 2D file when this suddenly appeared. What would cause it, and how do I debug it?
It corrected itself when I did a refresh view. The black dots appeared as I moved my mouse. I'm using an AMD FirePro W5000 video card with the 2018.Q4 drivers.

The bottom line is that my support ticket was a total waste of time. Bentley appears to unwilling to fix their product or work with the GPU manufacturer to get the issues fixed. Their answer is to use the crippled system until the driver just happens to get fixed. My ticket is being closed with no acceptable resolution. (You can verify that in the SR from my original problem description.)

New video card--AMD Radeon Pro WX 5100, New Driver 2019 Q2, Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, still having issues.
Can Bentley get this fixed?

There is a config value QV_DISABLE_D3D11 which may help. Check it out.

New AMD driver, Microstation Update 13, and still the same problems.
I've been dealing with these issues for years now. It is getting very frustrating. I'm trying very hard not to comment on the quality of the product or of the product support.
Bentley, I've spent a decent amount of money on decent video cards. How do I use hardware graphics for good performance and get Microstation to actually work without a lot of visual issues?
