I am currently cutting a number of sections through a 3d model.
i have discovered the gap command which i think will help me
However i cant seem to see any difference in the section once i create a gap.
would somebody be able to assist ?

if V8i it's in the form of 08.xx.xx.xx If working with Connect Edition it's in the form of 10.xx.xx.xx

The clip was created and place under a Saved View before you discover the gap command?
If so and you didn't place a check mark in Associative Clip Volume in the Create Saved View dialog you don't get to see the modifications you make after to your clip element.
