According to this wiki https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/8950/reprojection-setting there should be option to display error messages when using reprojection.
I do not see such setting.

Bump. Also can't find the setting.
settings is here in the GCS tool second from the right .. but I never screw with this...
No mention of display error.. I suppose it just does it in message centre if there is an error...
