We have a user whose MicroStation installation has been corrupted somehow. The last time he used it successfully was 1/16/2019. He tried to get in it today and the program keeps crashing. The installation is on a Mac, in Parallels. Since last Wednesday, he installed AutoCAD for Mac (i.e. not on the Parallels side). Does anyone know how to figure out what's going on?

you asked already here. Please respect best practices and do not ask the same question more times in different forums. When you realize there is better forum where to ask, you should move your original question or alternatively to place a new question, but to delete the original one, to don't duplicate the questions, because it makes a communication messy.
Moreover I provided some hints already, but you have not reacted in any way.
