Button Assignment window fails to respond to Ok and Cancel - PowerDraft v8i SS3 8 11 9 397

After setting Tentative to the centre button (wheel press) and closing the smaller window,

the Button Assignment window will not close. Presses of ok and cancel are ignored.

When another window is clicked, the BA window sometimes shakes, as if it were waiting

for an input. Which cannot be made. No other window can be found for which the shaking

one is waiting.

This is file independent. I have to use Task Manager to kill uStn. This is now hard on,

I have tried maybe 6 times or more; it will not recover from setting T to wheel.
