How can i attach a rotated model file into the title block with the same orientation?
I used rotate view and it should look like this:
But when i attach it to my title block using reference attach it shows the original orientation of the model instead of the rotated orientation that i would like to show.
The images or files do not seem to have been attached properly. Would you be able to reattach these as well as providing details of the software and version being used.

Hi Andrew,
I'm using Microstation V8i (SELECTseries 3) Version 08.11.09.714
I rotated the model using rotate view and looked like this:
But when i attach it to my titleblock in sheet model, it goes back to its original orientation:
I need to insert it to look like the first picture.
Use a saved view. That should fix the problem.
after you attach the reference file, rotate it (rotate reference) and not the view.

Not so good of an advice. Only rotate or move the reference if you don't need georeferencing.
I once did as Tim suggested (plus I moved the reference, supposedly only a few meters). A couple of weeks later a surveyor phoned me and asked if he really was supposed to drive all the way to Siberia (instead of staying in Hamburg, Germany).
