How can i attach a rotated model file into the title block with the same orientation?
I used rotate view and it should look like this:
But when i attach it to my title block using reference attach it shows the original orientation of the model instead of the rotated orientation that i would like to show.
That is one of those "other settings" I was talking about. Why we don't use Saved Views around here.

Sometimes, when geolocation isn't important, I can get the result I want by attaching the "Top" view to my sheet. Although now that I'm telling you about that, I can't recall exactly what situation it works for...
I havent had to use this for a year or more but if I remember correctly...
an old school solution, ( if you dont have the place northpoint in rotated view keyin see ask inga for both it and measure view rotation angle macro) unrotate view place a northpoint cell, rerotate the view ,,, get the angle of the cell via properties copy it) go to ref manager in sheet view and edit rotation angle of the ref and paste the value from the north point and view will rotate to make the same angle
you may need to copy paste the xy values into note pad before handas I think it moves after the rotation change

You should be able to update the existing saved view settings.
Saved view works fine, the problem is when i turn off a layer inside the model, the attachment in the titleblock won't update unless i re-attach the saved view. That's why i'm asking if there's a way to attach it as reference not as saved view, so when i make changes inside my model, i can just use RD= to update the contents of my drawing in my title block.
Cheers.
