Not sure what happened.
Not sure how I turned it off. I tried to turn it on with "accudraw dialog shortcuts" keyin command, but that does not help. I tried rebooting with no luck. The only thing that help is if I use an old version of user pref file (upf). Doing that would be a pain.
Any ideas?

Have you tried pressing "?" with focus on AccuDraw to toggle the shortcut list?
