Configuration

Question

When I open my Configuration : User - I am unable to change the default design file seed. The options are grayed out and there is an L after the word System

Jon, this information did the trick 
 I was able to change: 
 Into the following: Now everytime I select new if my .ucf is loaded it goes to the one I had wanted. Thank you so very much for your help through the years
