Custom linestyle is shown as solid line?

I have no idea why my custom linestyle work fine in some dwgs but shown as solid line in some dwgs. This really drives me nut, I've tried the scale factor but not work.

    select the non compliant line and under the properties there is a  setting like the LT scale  for auto cad.. try very small first  no effect try very big..

    also compare the settings in the Model properties between good file and nonworking file under global or annotation .. this often happens to me with custom styles...

    But was long time user V8iss10 (8.11.09.919) dabbler CE  update 16 (10.16.00.80)
