I encountered this in the past, too (both in MS V8i and CE). I think it came from DWG files. I had to assign all these elements to newly created levels IIRC.

Well, that's just the one I'm using :-)

Are you using any verticals, or running any add-ons? Are you on a direct network, or running over some kind of virtual connection? I haven't seen that behavior that I can remember directly, but it rings a bell for something... Hopefully someone here will have seen it and have a fix.

The last three digits are a bit different than your first suggestion.

Which version of MicroStation are you using?
