Hi Joshua,

Have you selected the color B from the color table? This sentence is in MicroStation Help: "The view background color is in the lower right corner of the toolbox, denoted by "B." So please try some other color, does it become visible?

Hi MaryB,

Setting configuration variable QV_DISABLE_D3D11=1 can resolve this issue.

With ORD 2020 R1, setting QV_DISABLE_D3D11 variable to 1, will in fact disable your Graphic Card and all graphic will be processed with Software Graphic. This is because ORD 2020 is based on Microstation CE Update 13 and it will not support DirectX9.
