Dear Sir/Madam,My company has assigned employees to mandatorily migrate the OS to Window10.As a result, the ones who use Window10 cannot run the Microstation V8i with an add-on macro even though on compatibility mode. They need to disable the add-on macro to run the program. Please see the below image concerning the erroneous.I would appreciate if anyone can suggest any solutions asap.Thank you & best regards,Chutiphon
Microstation V8i SS3 is not supported on Windows 10 (although plenty of people run it) so you won't get any support from Bentley on this. Your only chance is to go back to the people who wrote the add-in and see if they can help or upgrade to SS10 or Connect.
Duncan is absolut right. An other solution would be to work with a virtual Maschine, we have some customers who works with MS/J and Win-XP in this way, because it is necessary for a long-time-running project.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Best regards Volker Hüfner

Dear Chutiphon Moranon,
There's a new version out since yesterday, called Microstation SS10. That's a version that is supported a bit longer then SS1-2-3-4, but also it is Windows 10 compliant. They skipped the other five SelectSeries just to get to ten I guesse. Furthermore it is claimed that "with complete fidelity of existing workspaces and MDL customizations"

Ivo has the answer. v8i ss10. Bentley needed to do something to extend a working CAD platform beyond July, their solution was ss10. Connect is buggy as a month old slice of fruit.
