I want to report a DGN model of land use, using a MicroStation CONNECT Report. Areas in much of the world outside the USA are measured in hectares. I don't see how to format an area report in hectares. Is there a solution?
Jon
It appears that CONNECT doesn't follow the same rules as V8i. Where the units defined in the units.def file apply to the insert field tool. Thus you cannot assign Ha units.

If you are reporting on various items defined in your design file then this would be configured using the Preferred Units utility from in the Item Types tool.

That enables one to specify hectares as the area unit for an Item Type property that stores a numeric value.
However, that's not my question. I want to report an area in hectares. The Report definition options do not include hectares.

Related to Jon's earlier Idea https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/i/drafting_and_detailing/add_hectares_and_thousand_square_feet_added_to_the_mstn_property_formatter_schema vote should others wish to vote. Will also add reference to this thread under Enhancement 885600

Pending implementation of Enhancement 885600:"Request for area units to include Hectares" Report column formatting can be used to display Hectares:
Or the column heading could be Area (Ha), omit the suffix and just report the numbers for further manipulation in Excel:
