The update on update 13 blog post has some welcome news that Bentley appears to be focusing on fixing the numerous bugs. It refers to the U13 being available before the end of the season. Which season did you have in mind? Football, Cricket, Summer? I also understand that not all the DWG issues will be resolves which is a major headache for us as the DWG performance is woeful compared to V8i. Also what does the first sentence mean as it makes little sense?
Hello Makai, I believe Spring '19 has officially ended.
Any word on the release of the upcoming U13?
Also do we know if the priorities printing problem (defect 891858) will be resolved? - it is killing our workflow
cheers.

i watched the U13 blog and in it they said U13 will be completed end of June and then released c. mid July once it has been tested and passed QA.

I am reliably informed that MS CE13 will be released this week. They fixed the last remaining bug last week and it is now going through the final process to get it out.
HI Ian and 管华明,
That is definitely the intention--to have Update 13 released this week. From previous rumors, we were already at this stage quite a while ago (maybe a month?), but Update 13 quickly went from "in the process of being released" to "6 more items to address" with no specific ETA.
My point is that we have another expected date to look forward to, but that date is not set in stone, and it can come and go as quickly as the internal testing returns an error code.
I'm looking forward to the release this week, but am prepared for it to be delayed. Again, my hopes are up, but I would rather have a delayed good product than an immediate broken product.

Really. So we are getting a bug free program. First time in history I think!!
There was one word missing--remaining "Scheduled" bug. If it wasn't scheduled to be fixed in Update 13, then...
