how to delete levels

Hi Rick,

 what exactly is on those levels? do you see any elements on it, maybe defined shared cells? if any shared cell is defined on them review this wiki https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/11970/delete-empty-levels-with-defined-shared-cells

If no shared cells are involved check if the levels are found in a dgnlib library, if so the only option is to access the dgnlib in question and delete those levels directly from there or make the variable MS_DGNLIBLIST point to  another dgnlib with only the desired levels available.

To check if the levels are in a dgnlib, open the level manager, turn on the library column and there you can see the name of the dgnlib from which the levels in question are being taken.
