Why is it that Microstation has really outdated free cell library for architectural work????????
Wouldn't it be helpful for users if we are provided with the latest cell library for free?
Autocad does that for their users, why are we deprived of that?
Is it worth for Bentley to over look this important issue?
Is it cost?
What are Bentley's team thoughts?
If there is an updated set of architectural cell library already then it should be made easy to and visible to all users.
The forum designers need to have a better understansing of basic rules of using forums. I had to google how to post a post on Bentley's forum. The oild forum back few years was far more effectivce.
Please convey my points for the forum/web designers as Microstation is the ULTIMATE software and the forum needs to be idiots proof.
Please forgive my attitude as I am a hard-core "Microstationalist" who evolved from the Integration old days
Cheers
Well maybe we users should start posting our own cells to share with each other here... There are loads of websites where Autocad users share the blocks and dwgs to make blocks, when I have needed an industry type cell like a car or a bus or a toilet I have googled said block or dwg and downloaded it and converted to a cell and shared with my fellow workers ... maybe we should get bentley to allow users to have a section that we can upload cells for sharing / refining ... just like a community of users should...
I tried to get users to contribute their Favourite F keys and scripts but only a handful of users posted any maybe cells would be easier and more readily accepted....?
