Is there a TTF text font that matches to LEROY microstation font?
I am importing information from word and excel and the spacing is always slightly off that require some guess work.
I wanted to see if anyone has found a solution to this issue. I had found a font in the past but abandoned the solution after realizing the special font would require installations on all computers. With the new company I am with, I don't think that would be a problem to install a good TTF across all computers with real IT assistance.

Another approach is to design a LEROY TTF font and encourage MicroStation and Office users to use that. Windows tools such as Fontographer let you design TrueType and other fonts.

A quick search yielded the following Leroy based font.
Apparently the font was created by purchasing a Leroy Lettering set, using Inkscape to trace the scanned letterforms of one of its templates, and some FontForge Python scripting.

Great detective work! What's the last symbol on the fourth row of your screenshot?
That is some fine detective work for sure! I will try that out and see how it works out. Thanks again Ron!
I believe the last symbol is sticky poop. I will have to add that to my repertoire.
I'm curious to know where you've ended up with this. I took a look myself and I felt that the Routed Gothic was close, but not quite. Have you determined any other options in your search?
OpenRoads Designer 2021 Release 2 | ProjectWise CONNECT 3.453
Florida DOT has developed a series of fonts that mimic the Leroy fonts. They have TrueType and MicroStation .rsc file fonts. They deliver the fonts with their OpenRoads Designer standards which you can download from here....
If all you're interested in are their fonts you can grab them from the Organization-Civil/Fonts folder then remove the installer and all the other stuff their package installs.

We've already got the FDOT workspace for our Florida projects. I went through and double-checked those to make sure I hadn't missed anything; however, of all the FDOT TrueType fonts in the workspace, none of them are quite right. I'm in the same boat as Matthew in that for TxDOT, we need to use the TXLEROY for which I've not had success in finding a TrueType match.
