MicroStation not displaying AutoCAD rotated text callouts correctly

Question

We have a dwg which contains callouts however when opening the dwg in MicroStation, these callouts are rotated and do not look like they should. Anyone seen this before and how do we resolve this? 
 Any advise will be much appreciated.

That's a couple of versions out of date and Bentley are due to release U13 imminently. Your best best is probably to submit a service request with a sample so they can test or try the latest version to see if it has been fixed.

HI Rupinder, 
 I have file Defect 964347 against this issue. 
 It appears that RealDWG allows for two competing parameters defining MTEXT's rotations angle which follows an almost "first come first win" rule. Currently MicroStation is not matching this orientation based on this rule. 
 Can you tell me how this mtext was generated in regards to the rotation angle?
