What's going on about the VBA 7.1, it seems cannot find the version when installing MSCE UP12 on windows 10.
And same problem for ProSteel CE.

Thanks for your information. I used VPN and installed it successfully, however it came up an other issue is when I run it, it comes a message said failed connect to the license service. I have checked our Bentley Cloud Service, and we all have the license access. any idea?
Did you successfully log into the CONNECTION Client prior to launching MicroStation, if not then the following FAQ may help, otherwise I suggest you post this query to the Bentley Cloud and Web Services Forum together with the logs for review ( See FAQ for capturing logs )
