Why do section views with clip masks not appear in CONNECT? They show up fine in v8i.
The first pic is v8i. The original drawing and view was created here. We have since switched to CONNECT and now the view doesn't show properly.
This only happens with view that have a clip mask used.
Looking at the quality of the screen captures provided it is difficult to know what could be your issue. Are the levels turned off? Are the elements in a reference file? Maybe you could provide an example design file to show what you have defined here. Is this plain MicroStation this has been produced within? With version of CONNECT Edition?

As Andrew reply you could have levels turned off. Other possibility is your clip foward/back turned off?
