&lt;p&gt;I actually managed to open up the file. It wasn&amp;#39;t the software that was the issue, it was the file I tried to open. The file was the Civil3D model that I had to run recovery on and after that it worked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

What sort of &amp;quot;3D Model&amp;quot; is this? What type or format of file? What is the error? How are you trying to open this file, from within the software or by double-clicking? It would be helpful if you could also locate the Minidump log which is advised to be located at:&lt;/p&gt;
