• Is this the only system / user it has occurred on?
• Is this the only file it has happened with?
• What was being performed at the time of the crash?
• Is the file being opened from a network location?
• Are you using a Document Management System, like Bentley's ProjectWise?
• Are you using any sort of customized workspaces or tools?
