When I mirror a reference, the text in this reference are also mirrored. How to keep the text un-mirrored in the mirrored reference?
May not be possible.I suspect that, since the reference is a "container of elements" that when the container is mirrored, everything in that container is mirrored. I don't think there's a way to decide what does and doesn't get affected.
But I'd be interested to find out if I'm wrong!

What happens if you place the reference normally and have "Treat as Element" enabled. Then use the mirror element tool and have the option set to not mirror text? May work. I have not tested it and can't right now because I am processing some stuff at the moment.

Where do I have this option to "treat as element"?
mwlong's suggestion will not work (at least I couldn't get it to work).
The only thing I can get to work is if the text in the reference file is "view independant".

It's in the reference dialog box, button down by display, snap, etc.
