With MicroStation CONNECT Update 13, I notice that the OnLine Help is dramatically faster. Before Update 13, OnLine Help was at best sluggish. With Update 13, it's almost as fast as local help.

I have problem in text editing window. I don't get word processor window. I am using 08.11.09.916 version
You need to start your own thread about your problem. This one has nothing to do with the word processor.
When you do, please give us as much information as possible. A screenshot of your user preferences showing what you have selected for the text editor would be helpful. You can also search these discussions - there is a windows file that could be part of your problem.
