1. Why oh why is the ability to toggle overtype mode in the text editor via the INSERT key still not reinstated?
2. I also have the 'edit text reset after one use issue'.
3. My ustation fonts weren't installed in the new location - I had to go find them myself.
4. I had to run a 'repair' from the installer so that my missing menus would display (mainly dimensioning) and so that my print dialog would display, also to clear this error MDL Loader: Could not load application ustnvba.

The INSERT key issue is a defect (539411) and is aproned for development. I hope it can be done for U14 but if not then U15.
The Edit Text issue is resolved and the fix will be posted in the next week as build 10.13.01.01
Not sure about the Fonts issue, first I have heard of such a thing. More details please. e.g. Where do you store them? Which variables do you use to pin to them? etc.
Can you also give more details about the missing UX items? First time it happened? Did you try to delete the UPF? Same on other workstations?
