We updated to Windows 10 and now we are missing de Main and Tasks Toolboxes. The Drawing Tasks is a child of the Tasks Toolbox. This is probably do to a path name in the configurationss dialogue. Can someone tell me how to find these toolboxes?
Hello to all who responded. I am using Microstation V8i (SELECT series 4). And no, I dont get any kind of error messages about the missing files. I was able to find the Main menu. It has a new version, Main Classic that I hadn't seen, didn't know about. The Tasks menu is still absent along with the Drawing Task. My best guess is that I am missing one of the dgnlib files. I compared my Workspace configurations to a couple of colleagues. I was updated first so I could figure out and test....I just dont know how to find and instal the files. We are not administrators of Microstation here in house so I have sent an email to a representative of the company that distributes the software. Thank you for the input. I'll read those threads.
I was just into trying to update my knowledge of dgnlib. The easiest way for me to find them was from dos prompt, at c: "dir *.dgnlib /s/b > List.txt" will create a list showing full file name. Then look at Microstation configuration variable MS_DGNLIBLIST and edit and/or move files accordingly.
