Recently upgraded to U13 and had recourse to use Design History Dialogue.
One immediate thing I noticed, is the loss of the "Show Revisions in Reference files" button usually located between the "Show Elements before Modified" and "List Filter".
Edit. Seemed to be there one minute, in one session, and gone the next in another session. Is there some form of "Context Sensitive" mode on this dialogue?
If so, then it does not work well as Turning all REF off does not make it go away once it has appeared.
And, is it U13 or all versions that the "Latest Revision" in REF Manager appears against files when they do not have Design History when just one file has Design History?
Our development team have responded to me in relation to Defect # 1070443 and I can confirm that this issue has now been resolved in the latest MicroStation CONNECT Edition (update 14). This new release should be available for early 2020.

Good news.
However, I humbly request a chance to BETA test the "fix" if that could be arranged please. I am a member of Bently Insiders, if that helps.
There are two issues I wish to check with the fix.1. The problem is resolved and cannot be reproduced under any circumstances, i.e not just the cause of the bug notice
2. That existing drawings afected by the fix will be resolved and will correctly load and display the REFERENCES that have Design History Versions.
