Can anyone share link of video where i can learn how to use Key-in tab in open Road or in Micro station. Also how to Create Script/or Input File in it.

I was going to point you to the documentation about @ scripts, but I can't find it in MicroStation help. MicroStation help has information about @scripts (key-in scripts). Thanks Lorys!
You can write a set of key-in commands in a text file. Execute those commands using MicroStation key-in @file name.
@file name

Yes i understand both of your points But is any video available ?
no videos I an find but CE help has " Key-in Scripts" example
and how to run them as another link but basically they are text file of key in commands
line by line in a text file like notepad then to run one you launch it from the keyin window with @scriptfilename.txt, you may need full path with quotes if path contains spaces
You don't build script files it in the keyin tab window, but you can use it to find keyins and copy paste them into notepad
go to ask Inga and see how to find keyins and tool settings
Below are links to example keyin script and how to launch it
