Hi,
I'm trying to install MicroStation V8i (SS3) on a server without an internet connection but I can't. I can check out a license and place it in the correct folder but I need to install it first! I have done this before, in fact we already have the same version of MS on another server and it has a checker out license but I can't remember how we did it!

As for the issue, installer needs internet connection to download prerequisites. In your case you should create deployment image on a machine with internet connection and you will be able to install it on the machine without internet.
