Does this message if setting QV_GLSTATS and status "Software graphics" in view window means that there is some blacklist for GPUs?
Rasterizer: D3D11 Feature Level 11.0 (D3D hardware disabled - known bad driver - 16)
Would you be able to clarify why you are using the configuration variable QV_GLSTATS? "Software Graphics" message in the view windows would indicate the session is not using "Hardware Graphics" display. Which version of MicroStation CONNECT Edition? Any other information you could provide to help explain your issue would be appreciated.

I use QV_GLSTATS to diagnose why View Window shows "Software graphics" as there are no other messages why it does not use hardware.
Can you send me the output that you get when using QV_GLSTATS? Sometimes the GPU drivers have bugs in them that we cannot work around, and so we fall back to software mode in these cases based on the driver version number.
Yes this is a known bad GPU GTX 260 but even if trying to set Directx9 it still runs in software mode. Seems the blacklist has higher priority than other configuration variables. Not sure in which version this started. Where is this list specified and is it possible to disable it?
I am not sure I understand what specifically you want ? you want to disable the variable ? why ? it is set because the GPU is giving the software problems. So you want to bypass this so the software actually attempts to use the GPU ?
