How to view User Defined Properties from .fbx file when import in microstation
The dialog you're showing these Object Properties does not appear to be something from plain MicroStation. Could this be something being performed with another Bentley software package? Which version of this software are you using?

You haven't mentioned the version of MicroStation you're using as yet but the following Wiki article explains the process for V8i. It explains that certain data is lost with this process and that the OBJ or FBX format might be advantageous.
