We have a level library DGNLIB and I was in a file and noticed the Dot in the Modified (blue delta character) column, so I decided to use the right click: update from library command.
A few levels remained with a Dot. Some, when I hovered over, said Plot, so I toggled their plot column since apparently update from library does not affect Plot. But some still retained their Dot. So now, when I hover over them, they say Snap.
What does that mean? There is no Snap property that I am aware of.
I assume that you are looking in the Level Manager dialog is relation to the dot displaying in the Modified Column and the option on right-click menu is Update Levels.
Not sure where you are seeing an option or column here in the Level Manager for Snap. The only item I would think that maybe it is the Reference dialog you may be looking at.
Would you be able to supply example DGNLIB / DGN files and maybe some screen captures to assist with an understanding of what you are performing.

When you hover over the DOT, you get a popup. Once I eliminated all differences between the DGNLIB and the active file, the DOT was still displayed and hovering over it the tooltip said "Snap" which is why I posted my question. Be aware, I do not see it in all files, so finding one to send a screen capture might take a while.

Looking forward to that example file to see what this might be related to.
