  • Hi King Khan,

If I understand correctly you want to create files that will all look the same. The layer/level names are  the same but other element properties are inconsistent.

Try the following Step-By-Step Approach to understand the proess.

-For a single file you can use "Save As …" and there you will find the [Options] button where you can create a CSV file to define the properties of the file saved. Open the CSV file and READ THE "instructions" tab! There is a button to read the existing levels on the "Levels" tab. There you can define "Override Color", "Override Weight" etc. to define the desired properties.

-After having saved this first file you can use the CSV file for further files.

-Next have look at Utilities>Batch Converter. This allows you to create a list of files to "Save As …". Here you will also be able to use the CSV file you created in the first stelp.

Recommendation: Do not try to do all 500 files in one go! The Batch Converter will probably not be able to digest them all at once. (I remember some older discussions about that - but not if there are exact figures) I anyway would try a few files first (maybe 4-5) then increase the number of files with the next couple of files. I probably would not do batches larger than 50 - even if only too keep oversight.
