To contact me kingkhanalert@gmail.com
Click on the little button where is says Level in the first column. This will populate all the existing levels in your file.
I have not ever seen this message.
- Open your designfile with microStation
- then choose File>Save As
- In the Dialog choose [Options]
- then create or open the CSV (Excel is being opened - besides micrcrostation with the dgn file opened)
Then you should be able to select the button and the exising Levels in the file are read into the list.
You can take a screenshot of your computer using the key combination Ctrl-Print Screen. You don't need to use a camera.

You may be better off paying someone to do this entire task for you. Someone like Jon maybe? (No idea if he does that sort of thing)
