When I save my dgn file as dwg file, associative patterns disappeared !
Do you have an idea how to solve this issue ?
You find in the capture the option window. Should I change something to solve the problem ?

What version of MicroStation are you using?

I'm using Microstation V8 (8.9).

just as an aside when I want patterns and I know we will export to acad latter, to make my life easier I use the acad pattern file that comes with mstn to rslect pattern types so it converts perfectly to acad dwg...

This is a pattern with associative region that is restricted to create in DWG workmode due to compatibility. I checked it in CE, the pattern appeared but the scale seems incorrect, so I logged as D1064607.
You may try to Drop the pattern before saving to dwg for a workaround.
