In recent weeks I've noticed a Tool Palette stuck over MicroStation's main window. I see the same Tool Palette when I pop the Messages dialog.
What is the purpose of that Tool Palette? Is it to do with MicroStation, or has Windows added it?
These look like some Windows Accessibility function might be enabled. Do the icons work, and if so what commands are they performing?
