MS v08.11.05.17 - I have several hundred groups of text and each text element is a column list. I want to delete several entries in each of these columns. I can use the find/replace text to easily delete what I don't want, but it still leaves a blank row. Is there a way to delete the blank rows also?

How were the "Columns" placed? Are they coming from a spreadsheet, manually drawn in the design file, etc?
