When I install Microstation CONNECTION Edition Updata13, I get the following error:"Failed to install CONNECTION Edition with error code 0x80070643. Fatal error during installation".

Hi Jolin,
as Robert Hook mentioned in this thread, it seems your NET installation is corrupted, so try to use the repair tool to fix it.
Because the installer works a bit like black box, because it hides a sequence of installation steps, it requires to analyze log files carefully when an error is reported. What can help is to create Deplyment Package and to try to install a problematic package manually, so all errors are reported directly and not catched by the installer.
