Hello everybody,
I alredy askt this question in the grmain forum, but I din't get an answer so I thougt maby someone outside the germain forum might be able to help me...
What I wanted to know is, if it is possible to make a custom Linestile where the with isnt always the same.
Like for example, thet the red Lines end where the Green form ends and the short red lien in have.
It dosnt have to be with the custom Linestile if there is another way to do this, that would help to.
sorry for my English its not perfect, but I hope you understand what I mean.
Thanks Michelle Doppmann
An alternative is to create custom line style with long perpendicular lines, then place it, drop the linestyle and clip it to the line. However the long and short lines will not have proportional lengths.

try search for batter ticks from many of the DOTs ..This is vic roads free one.. unfortunately its a mdl for v8i.
It asks for the top and toe when not 3d and automatic if 3d pretty good but cannot do the ugly tadpole squiggles.. I prefer the sticks in the slop direction or ticks...Inroads, ORD and other modelling programs can generate these too but you have to know the process, I'm told its easy once you have been shown how...
I'm sure a good search of the web of Dept Of Transport and batter ticks should turn up some vbas' that could work in V8i and CE too...

What could VRSP error mean when running this?
not sure but the vr means VicRoads ...it may need a level for the batter tick to be there but as my works space is all preset for vicroads standards and dgn libs too..
try create level EARTHWORKS_BATTER_TICKS
first then run the mdl oops forgot it needs a dll file to work, I missed that.. redone the down load zip... sorry re-download from updated post above.. again my apologies
