The command Point at Distance Along cannot select the path element from a reference. This works in v8i (SS4).
Locate is on for the reference, several different path elements has been tried (curve, linestring etc).
I get the error message "Element not valid for tool" when trying to identify the path element.
Bug or just me?

I'm there. Filed tickets for a couple months, got little to no help (excepting Carl who was very helpful), I used to keep a list, because it was hard to keep track of all the bugs. But I even gave up on that. I've adjusted to the many things that don't work right, but I find it hard to stomach the state of this very expensive product. We Connect users are unpaid beta testers.
