Thanks Ron. Exactly my issue. Anti-Aliasing was turned off in SS4 and I've turned it off in Connect. Perfect!

Bingo! Anti-aliasing was off in SS4, so now I’ve turned it off in Connect Edition.

Hi Steves,

What you are seeing, as a mask of white, is caused by anti-aliasing (smoothing) of the lines. It is more prominent when the background color is light.

If you set Anti-alias Lines to Off in preferences it will remove the white edge mask on the line work, but it will also remove the smoothing.

I checked and it seems to work the same in both V8i and Connect.
