i want to convert dwg files to dgn but batch converter not working its showing status cant convert please can someone help me with this

This answer is not quite correct.
Whereas original MicroStation V8i SS3 did not support DWG 2013, updates of RealDWG libraries were released, so the support can be added even to old MicroStation.
