It seems a shame the way Bentley treats their paying customers. Was not always like this. They need to go back to a static license, even a hardware lock is better than the current methods.

Any resolution yet?? I have to restart my MS every 10 minutes...completely disrupting my work day! My subscription is active all the parameters say it shod be working...but it doesn't.

To understand better (even though I do not know any solution), can you provide a bit more details? Because technically there are 3 separate applications, participating on the communication, and from your description is not clear what did you check:
If everything seems to be fine, the problem can be in communication. What you can try:
BTW What is your CONNECTION Client version? I guess the latest now is 11.00.02.20.

For some users the Licensing policy file gets corrupted but if deleting that doesn't help then there could be issue with Bentley user account so either need to delete and recreate the account in Bentley portal or write SR so Bentley support does it.
Getting this time out alert on one computer - any update to the cause of this?
