I'm trying to clean up cells in a library. According to Level Usage, it's used but not in Cell Definitions, Application, Reference attachments, multiline styles or dim styles. The Level Properties Usage Tab says there are 3 lines.
A Fit says no elements found. A delete fence contents inside or void says no elements in or outside of fence. Select All does nothing. Set Range does not display a range box. Attempting to place it as a cell inside itself does not place anything - no new cell appears, no new range box, nothing.
I thought there was a keyin to delete a level and anything on its level, but cannot seem to locate that key-in.
I seem to recall the sort of command you are describing, but I have no idea what the command actually was. The closest I can find is:
LEVEL PURGE dest:[level-spec2] <level-spec1>
This will delete the level in question (level-spec1), and move its elements to level-spec2. Not quite what you were looking for...
Wait - there IS
LEVEL ELEMENT DELETE <level-spec>
which will delete all elements from the spec'd level. Maybe the combination of those?

Also, there is a command LEVEL USAGE <level name> that should reveal what is used on that level.

As Mary and Bob have mentioned there area number of keyins that can be used to ascertain what elements, or fragments of elements, may be located on specific levels. The following Wiki article has been around for a while but is always quite helpful in identifying what keyin to use for what purpose.

Sadly, I have tried all of these and it fails to fix the problem.
I'm actually trying to remap the files to our new level naming system and that one level survives from that one model, while all other models using that level remap just fine. In fact, is they had remapped, I might not even know there was an issue.
I even found some rogue InRoads Survey Graphics and was able to purge them with a void clip fence, but no joy on this one cell/model.
